It's what prevents children from falling out of the car!
The child safety lock, also known as the door lock child safety, is usually installed on the rear door locks of a car. When the rear door is opened, there is a small lever below the lock, which is pushed towards the locking end, and then the door is closed. At this point, the door cannot be opened from the inside of the car, only from the outside.
Some car owners think that as long as they lock the central lock before driving or set it to automatically lock when driving, it can ensure the safety of children in the back seat. Although the central lock next to the driver can simultaneously control the opening and closing of all car doors, because the central lock can be unlocked by the interior unlock switch, and children are naturally active, locking the central lock does not guarantee absolute safety.
The front passenger seat usually does not have a child safety lock. In the absence of a central lock, a child in the front passenger seat may inadvertently open the door, leading to a dangerous situation.
