Made from rust-resistant heavy-gauge steel with a plate finish and with a hardened horizontal shackle that makes it extremely difficult to cut with bolt cutters. Display pack model is supplied with a square bodied padlock that nestles comfortably into the recess of the unit, making it highly unlikely that bolt cutters and similar tools can be used against it. Trade pack comes without a padlock, allowing the end user to use a padlock of their choice.
